4. Appointments & Estimates

Estimates: All estimates provided are based on visible damage and standard industry procedures. Final costs may vary once additional damage is discovered during repairs.

Appointments: We strive to honor all scheduled appointments. However, unforeseen circumstances may require rescheduling. We will provide as much notice as possible in such cases.

Cancellation Policy: We request at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Repeated late cancellations may result in requiring a deposit for future appointments.

5. Payments & Insurance

Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of repairs and before vehicle pickup. We accept cash, major credit cards, and insurance payments.

Insurance Claims: While we assist with insurance claims, you are ultimately responsible for any deductibles and portions not covered by your insurance policy.

Additional Repairs: If additional damage is discovered during repairs, we will contact you for authorization before proceeding. Additional costs will be communicated and must be approved.

6. Vehicle Storage & Abandonment

Storage Fees: Vehicles left on our premises for more than 5 business days after repair completion will incur a storage fee of $60 per day.

Abandoned Vehicles: Vehicles unclaimed for 30 days or more after repair completion may be considered abandoned. We reserve the right to pursue legal means to recover storage fees and repair costs, which may include lien placement or sale of the vehicle in accordance with state laws.

7. Warranties & Limitations

Workmanship Warranty: We provide a lifetime warranty on all repairs against defects in workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or environmental factors.

Parts Warranty: Parts used in repairs may carry separate manufacturer warranties. We will provide warranty information for all replaced parts upon request.

Warranty Claims: To make a warranty claim, contact us directly. The vehicle must be made available for inspection to determine if the issue is covered under our warranty.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claims related to our services is limited to the cost of the repairs performed. We are not liable for:

  • Consequential or incidental damages
  • Pre-existing conditions not related to the repair
  • Mechanical or electrical issues unrelated to the repair work
  • Damage caused by improper vehicle use after repair
  • Items left in the vehicle during repairs

9. Deductible Savings

Our ability to waive your deductible in full or in partial depends on several factors including the make and model of the car, the amount of the deductible, our ability to secure after market parts and other considerations. Each vehicle is handled on a case by case basis.
